The lead supervisory authority for MyDosha (operator: Thomas Thijs, main establishment Sorano, Italy) is currently the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), per GDPR Article 56. The lead authority for our primary data processor (Airtable) is the Irish Data Protection Commission, which is referenced in the Airtable DPA but is separate from the lead authority for MyDosha-as-controller.
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state:
- Italy — Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) — primary lead authority for MyDosha.
- Netherlands — Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) — for data subjects resident in the Netherlands.
- Any EU member state — you may always lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement (Article 77 GDPR).
