MyDosha Ambassador Program
Introduce MyDosha to the practitioners you know.
Earn when they join.
MyDosha is practice software for Ayurvedic practitioners. If you teach, train or work with people who would get real use out of it, tell them about it. For every practice that signs up through you, you earn 20% of what it pays us over its first 24 months.
What an ambassador is
An independent promoter
You are not our employee, agent, reseller or partner. You can't sign, promise or take money in our name. You decide how and when you talk about MyDosha, within the rules below, and you can work with anyone else you like.
Someone practitioners already listen to
Teachers, schools and institutes, senior practitioners, and the people who run associations and events. We approve a small number of people who already know the practitioners they would introduce us to.
The terms, in short
This page summarises the agreement. You read the full text before you accept, and that text is the one that counts.
What you earn
20% of the money a practice you referred actually pays MyDosha during its first twenty-four months, counted from its first payment, after any discount and before payment fees.
Nothing while a practice is in its free trial, and nothing from a practice that never pays. Those months run on the calendar, so a pause does not extend them. Your rate and the length are fixed on the day each practice signs up. If a payment is refunded, your commission on it falls by the same proportion.
Bring ten practices in a year, your own MyDosha is free
When ten practices you referred make their first payment within one agreement year, your own MyDosha subscription is free for twelve months. Your agreement year starts the day you accept the agreement and starts again on each anniversary.
If your own practice is on the Practice plan, you get 50 euro a month off instead (500 euro on yearly billing), or the fixed equivalent in your plan's currency. It is never paid out in cash, does not replace your commission and cannot be transferred. You need your own MyDosha practice account to use it.
How and when you are paid
Once every three months, after the quarter ends, by bank transfer in euro, against a simple invoice or statement from you.
Your ambassador page shows what you have earned, what has been paid and what is owed. Your tax is yours: if you have to charge VAT, GST or an equivalent, put it on your invoice with your registration number and we pay it.
How it works after you apply
We review every application
We read each one ourselves. Nothing is approved automatically.
You get an approval email
It has a private link to your ambassador page.
You accept the agreement
Read it in full and accept by typing your name. Your personal link goes live the moment you accept.
You add your payout details
Bank details for euro payouts and, if you like, a short introduction for your page. We explain how we use them and ask for your consent before anything is saved. You can do this now or later.
Questions
Who can join, and who can't?
Teachers, schools and institutes, senior practitioners, and the people who run associations and events, if we approve them.
Is every application approved?
No. We read every application ourselves and approve the people who already have the trust of practitioners. If we approve yours, the rest happens online, without a call.
Do the practitioners I refer get a discount?
No. Your link gives them a 30-day free trial instead of the usual 14 days. That is all it gives. There is no discount, and you must not offer or promise one.
When do I start earning?
When a practice you referred starts paying for MyDosha. You earn nothing while it is in its free trial, and nothing from a practice that never pays.
For how long do I earn on a practice?
For its first twenty-four months, counted on the calendar from its first payment, at the rate that applied on the day it signed up. A pause or a gap in payment does not extend it.
What do I get if I bring ten practices in a year?
Your own MyDosha is free for twelve months, or 50 euro a month off on the Practice plan. A practice counts when its first payment falls inside your agreement year; a refunded first payment does not count, your own practice does not count, and each practice counts once. Reaching ten again in a later agreement year adds another twelve months. It is never paid out in cash, it ends if the agreement ends, and you need your own MyDosha practice account.
What happens if a practice gets a refund?
Your commission on that payment falls by the same proportion. If we already paid you for it, the difference comes off your next payment.
Does my own practice count?
No. A practice you own, work in, are paid by or control is not a referral, and neither is one run by someone in your household. Your own practice is where the ten-practice reward applies.
Will I see which practices signed up through me?
Your ambassador page shows how many practices you brought and what you earned. It never shows who they are.
Do I have to say that I am paid?
Say that you are paid. Whenever you recommend MyDosha in public, or to anyone who does not already know about your arrangement with us, say it plainly, in the same place and the same language as the recommendation. One line is enough:
"I earn a commission if you sign up."
What must I never say about MyDosha?
- Never say or suggest that MyDosha diagnoses, treats or prescribes, checks a patient for drug interactions or for safety, raises warnings or alerts, or is a medical device. It is software for running an Ayurvedic practice.
- Never say it helps with a named illness, and never promise a clinical result, an income, new patients or a saving.
- No patient stories, patient photographs or before and after pictures.
Where and how may I share my link?
- Approach practitioners you have taught, know professionally or meet in your normal work. No bought lists, no unsolicited bulk email or messaging.
- Do not present your link or code as a discount, do not put either on voucher or coupon sites, and do not buy search advertising on the word MyDosha or any name close to it.
- Do not register the name MyDosha, or anything close to it, as a company name, trade mark, domain or account handle.
What else do I have to follow?
The agreement also requires:
- Label it "Paid promotion". On social media, label every post that recommends MyDosha "Paid promotion" at the start, where it is seen without clicking "more". In a video, say it and show it on screen.
- Speak from experience. Only recommend MyDosha if you have used it or seen it working.
Can I stop?
Yes. Either side can end the agreement at any time by email, with no notice and no reason. Commission you have already earned is still paid. Practices already credited to you keep earning for you until their twenty-four months are up, unless the agreement ended because you broke its terms. Your ten-practice reward ends at the end of the month in which the agreement ends.
